Cyrus Malachi's second full length album, his effortless flow and unique wordplay shining up and above the ancient pyramids in the subject matter, another stellar performance with plenty of food for the brain. Producers 7th Dan, Hey Zeus, Jessy Blue, Astronaut Bee, Hellzecho, Orchid, Noize Theivery, Drae, Complex & Starvirus all shine through, plus fellow Triple Darkness members and extended family guesting vocally. Solid N Mind front man and emcee, Whirlwind D, drops some heavyweight homegrown flavour here in the form of the 'Bristol Built' 12". Two Mr Fantastic produced cuts, scratched by Sir Beans OBE, and featuring fellow Bristol veteran Truck on guest vocal duty of one of them. Two joints back to back coming complete with instrumentals and acapellas, engineered by Numskullz' Rola, and some serious sharp artwork from Mr Krum outta the Cold Rock Stuff crew, big up all Bristol crew on this one.

Brand Record Store Day 7" release from B-Boy anti-hero Jehst, 'G.A.M.E.O.V.E.R', a minimalist head-nodding "nod" to classic computer games of yesteryear with producer GhostTown (Foreign Beggars, Badness, Jam Baxter) on the console controls. Sparse synths and neck-snapping percussion lay the foundation for Jehst to stack building blocks - dropping more lines than a Tetris tournament! "Beats make 'em Bubble like Bobble / Last dregs of brew in the bottom of the bottle."

Ramson Badbonez returns with a little peek at his next project with Boot, teaming up with Billy Brimstone aka Jehst on some old Italian Giallo craziness we see him emerge as the Silva Surfa on the track ‘Warlords & Immortals’, with Jazz T & Zygote producing. Jehst takes charge of production on the flip with a banging futuristic slice of space funk in his remix of ‘Power Cosmic’ (from Kashmere’s ‘Galaktus’ LP). Kash came through to re-spit a different verse and this time is joined by Ramson Badbonez and Phoenix Da IceFire. And it’s on silver vinyl!

Every single track here is a smash, all killer no filler, one of the best lyricists there is, hands down... Production comes from heavyweights Mr Thing, Black Einstein, Show N Prove, Firstman, fLako, Si Spex, DJ Thor & Big Al. Whilst the guest spots are also handled by big dogs Junior Reid & Homeboy Sandman, and vocalists Daniel DeBourg, Xavier Barnett, Lloyd Brown and Thomas Jules, who add that soulful touch to the proceedings. Released today via YNR Productions is the debut album from hit making producer Telemachus, entitled 'In The Evening'. A superbly crafted release that takes the listener on a largly instrumental ride, gliding between tracks with finesse. Atmospheric soundscapes and a few hand picked guests such as Roc Marciano, Jehst & Mr Thing to lace the proceedings with some slick workmanship. A real masterpiece lesson in Hip Hop, evidence if it were needed that this producer is at the top of his game.
