Delving back into the All Stylz vaults will be a 6 track vinyl EP called 'Notts Vintage', it houses some unheard jammies from Cappo, Lee Ramsey, Midnyte & Scorzayzee, recorded between 2000 & 2003. Fresh for 2010 on the newly formed Original Dope label are two UK classics re-issued on CD format, first up we have Blade's awesome 'The Lion Goes From Strength To Strength' on double CD. Now if you don't know about this release get to know now, a bonafied groundbreaking slice of UK Hip Hop history!... It's followed by Manchester's Ruthless Rap Assassins and their 'Killer Album', maybe not as hardhitting & memorable as Blade's release, yet when this was released originally there wasn't much that overshadowed the London artists, this was a breath of fresh air and flew the flag for the North no doubt... Both releases come with 14 page booklets containing some pretty informative liner notes from each artist...

I've just come from the mighty Mystro's yard, and whilst there I managed to cop an early listen to his forthcoming release with DJ Flip, the 'Digmund Freud' 8 tracker, due for droppage in August... What can i say, shit's kinda spicy, you're in for a treat fa sho! There's a posse cut with Skandal, Badbonez & Stig that kicks ass. 'Fly Away' & the Jehst produced 'Blue Planet' that's on some next tip. Another two cuts called 'You Didn't Do Nuffin', & a killer called 'Don't Worry' featuring singer Maverick Saber that had me buggin out, and 'Around My Way' that already has sick sounding video ready to roll. I've been holding out on this little nugget of news for a couple of months now, and finally I've been given the get go to let loose the juice. I received a white label double vinyl from renowned Notts bomber Cappo, an all round beast on the mic and beats as we know, it's his second album dropping onto us on the 6th of April via Son Records. Entitled 'Genghis' it's entirely produced by Cappo himself, the shiz is sickening folks, truss, propa screw face banga's from start to fin. Coming on CD, MP3 and limited edition double vinyl, which we'll have in stock next week, all of which will be individually signed and hand numbered, only 200 of these being pressed. Watch for this release, quite possibly the best album I've heard in a long time...

Yorkshire stand up! There seems to be a hot bed of Hip Hop up there right about now, enter Leeds based emcee Chief Wigz with his debut for the Don't Talk To Strangers label. This 'Sunday Service' 3 tracker features production from Brutal Artistry and comes in two forms, a rather slick looking orange coloured 12" with full colour sleeve, or a less inviting download version, on you, we have both. Berlin based label Project: Mooncircle drop a limited edition 10" from North London's Hey!Zeus & Teknical Development, aka Obba Supa.
